The Scenario
You are a BDR who has been running the "Spring Outbound" Lemlist campaign for three months. Your AE team is asking for the hand-off list today — every lead who replied or expressed interest, with their name, email, company, and current status. There are about 80 of them. You know they are in Lemlist. Getting them into an Excel workbook for the AE team means navigating to the campaign, filtering by status, and exporting — and last time, replied leads and interested leads were in separate download files.
The bad version:
- Navigate to the campaign in Lemlist, filter for "replied" leads, export to CSV.
- Go back, filter for "interested," export a second CSV.
- Open both files in Excel, stack them, remove duplicates where a lead was both replied and interested.
- Realize the export does not include "last activity date," which the AEs specifically asked for, and go back to Lemlist to find it per-contact.
The AE team's kickoff call is in 90 minutes.
The Easy Way: One Prompt in SheetXAI
SheetXAI reads your Excel workbook and calls Lemlist directly, so you can pull engaged leads with exact status filters and write them into the workbook in one step — no multiple exports, no stacking files.
Export all leads from the Lemlist campaign ID in cell A1 who have status "replied" or "interested" and write their first name, last name, email, company, and status into columns A through E
What You Get
- One row per replied or interested lead, written into columns A through E.
- Both status types captured in a single pull — no separate exports to reconcile.
- Column E showing the actual status so the AE team can see at a glance which leads came in hot.
- The list sorted by the order Lemlist returns records unless you ask for a different sort.
What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready
The AEs want it sorted by last activity date
Pull every lead from Lemlist campaign "Spring Outbound" who is marked interested or replied, list them in this Excel workbook with first name, last name, email, company, and status, and sort by last activity date descending
You want to add a column flagging which AE territory each lead falls into
Export all replied and interested leads from the Lemlist campaign in cell A1, write first name, last name, email, company, and status into columns A through E — then check each company against the territory map in Sheet2 and write the assigned AE name into Column F
You need to merge this export with existing pipeline data
Pull all replied and interested leads from the Lemlist campaign in cell A1, write name, email, company, and status into columns A through D — then for each email, check Sheet2 Column A (existing pipeline) and mark "IN PIPELINE" or "NEW" in Column E
Full export, enrichment, and dedup in one shot
Export all leads from the Lemlist campaign in cell A1 with status "replied" or "interested" — write first name, last name, email, company, and status into columns A through E, check each email against Sheet2 Column A and mark Column F as "IN PIPELINE" or "NEW," then sort the whole workbook by status and last name ascending
The AEs get a clean, deduped hand-off workbook without you running three separate exports.
