The Scenario
You are a growth hacker. For the past three months you have been running LinkedIn scraping Phantoms, connection request campaigns, and profile visitor scrapers. The leads have been accumulating in PhantomBuster's org storage the entire time.
The end of the quarter is here. Your head of sales wants every lead in an Excel workbook, today, with name, LinkedIn URL, company, title, and email, so the team can deduplicate and route to outreach sequences before Monday.
The bad version of this afternoon:
- You log into PhantomBuster and realize leads are scattered across Phantom run CSVs, not a clean export
- You download five CSVs from different Phantom runs over the past three months
- Two of them have different column headers for the same field
- You open each in Excel and stack them on a Consolidation tab by hand
- You spend an hour reconciling mismatched column names and removing obvious duplicates
- You discover the last CSV has 150 rows that overlap with the first one
- You hand the workbook over at 6:30 PM and two columns still say "undefined."
The fast version is one prompt.
The Easy Way: One Prompt in SheetXAI
SheetXAI is an AI agent inside your Excel workbook that reads what you need and talks to PhantomBuster's lead storage directly, bypassing the CSV consolidation problem entirely.
Open the SheetXAI sidebar and type:
Fetch PhantomBuster leads from list ID 7743 and write the full enrichment fields, name, email, phone, seniority, industry, and company size, into columns A through G of this Excel sheet.
SheetXAI queries PhantomBuster's org storage API, paginates through the full result set, and writes every enriched lead into the workbook in the columns you specified. No CSV downloads, no column reconciliation.
What You Get
A flat, queryable tab in your Excel workbook containing all leads from your PhantomBuster storage, laid out in the fields you need:
- Column A — full name
- Column B — email address
- Column C — phone number (where available)
- Column D — seniority level
- Column E — industry
- Column F — company size
- Column G — LinkedIn profile URL
The data comes from org storage, not individual run outputs. Any enrichment or deduplication done inside PhantomBuster after scraping is reflected here.
Once the data is in the workbook, ask SheetXAI to deduplicate by LinkedIn URL, flag rows missing an email, or sort by company before handing to the outreach team.
What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready
Lead exports are rarely clean. SheetXAI handles the cleanup in the same prompt.
When the same LinkedIn URL appears under two different names
PhantomBuster scraped the same person from two different Phantom runs with slightly different name spellings.
Write all PhantomBuster leads into this workbook, then identify duplicate LinkedIn URLs in the URL column and keep only the most recently added row for each, writing DUPLICATE into the adjacent column for removed rows.
When you only want leads added in the last 90 days
You ran a large legacy scrape two years ago and do not want that cohort mixed with this quarter's work.
Search PhantomBuster lead objects and filter to leads added in the last 90 days only. Write name, email, LinkedIn URL, company, and seniority into columns A through E of this workbook.
When emails are missing for most of the leads
You scraped LinkedIn profiles but email enrichment was not part of the Phantom configuration.
Write all PhantomBuster leads into columns A through G of this workbook. In the next column, write NEEDS ENRICHMENT for any row where the email field is blank. Then count total leads, leads with email, and leads needing enrichment and write those three numbers into cells I1, I2, and I3.
When you need the full picture: pull, deduplicate, flag gaps, and summarize in one go
The head of sales wants a clean handoff workbook before Friday. No second pass.
Search all PhantomBuster lead objects and write name, email, phone, seniority, industry, company size, and LinkedIn URL into columns A through G. Deduplicate by LinkedIn URL, keeping the most recently added entry. Flag rows with no email as NEEDS ENRICHMENT in column H. In row 1 above the data, write a summary: total leads, unique leads after dedup, and leads needing enrichment. Sort by company name.
The pattern: pull the data and deliver the clean version in one prompt. The workbook is ready to hand off.
