Export ProAbono Pricing Tables to Excel for a Pricing Page Review

The Scenario

You are a product manager at a SaaS company. The marketing team is redesigning the pricing page this quarter and needs a full picture of every ProAbono pricing table, what offers they contain, and how they are configured, before the copywriter starts.

You have never looked at the pricing table configuration in ProAbono. You do not know how many tables there are or what offers are inside them. The design brief is due in four days.

The bad version:

  • You open ProAbono and find the pricing tables section
  • You count four pricing tables with different offers inside each
  • You copy table ID, name, visibility, and creation date for each table into Excel
  • Then you click into each table to see the offers and copy offer name, offer ID, and display order for each
  • The order of offers inside table 3 does not match what you see on the website and you spend 20 minutes figuring out why
  • You deliver a partial workbook with the table list but no offer details because you ran out of time
  • The copywriter starts with incomplete information and redesigns the wrong pricing structure.

The fast version is one prompt.

The Easy Way: One Prompt in SheetXAI

SheetXAI is an AI agent inside your Excel workbook that can pull both the pricing table configuration and the offer details in one prompt.

Open the SheetXAI sidebar and type:

List all ProAbono pricing tables and write table ID, name, visibility, and creation date into the Tables tab of this workbook. Then for each pricing table, list its offers and write pricing table name, offer name, offer ID, and display order into the Offers tab.

SheetXAI queries both endpoints, writes the table catalog into the Tables tab and the offer breakdown into the Offers tab. The copywriter has the full pricing structure in two tabs.

What You Get

A two-tab pricing review workbook:

  • Tables tab — every pricing table with ID, name, visibility, and creation date
  • Offers tab — every offer in every table, with pricing table name, offer name, offer ID, and display order

You can see at a glance which offers are in which tables and in what order, without clicking through the ProAbono UI.

What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready

Pricing table reviews often need additional context. SheetXAI handles it inline.

When you want to flag invisible or draft pricing tables

Some tables may be set to hidden and the marketing team should not redesign around those.

List all ProAbono pricing tables. Flag any table with visibility set to hidden or draft in column E of the Tables tab with "DO NOT REDESIGN." Write the full offer list for visible tables only into the Offers tab.

When you need to compare the current structure to last quarter

You want to see what changed in the pricing tables since the last redesign.

List all ProAbono pricing tables and their offers. For each offer, note the creation date. Flag any offer created after 2025-01-01 as "New This Quarter" in column E of the Offers tab.

When the copywriter wants the offers sorted by display order within each table

The current Offers tab is sorted by table but not by display order within each table.

List all ProAbono pricing table offers. Sort the results by pricing table name first, then by display order ascending within each table. Write pricing table name, offer name, offer ID, and display order into the Offers tab.

When leadership wants the full pricing picture including offer descriptions

The redesign team wants offer names and IDs but also the description and price for each offer.

For each pricing table in ProAbono, list all offers. For each offer, fetch the offer name, offer ID, display order, description, and price. Write the full details into the Offers tab with one row per offer per pricing table.

The pattern: instead of clicking through pricing table configuration in the ProAbono UI, you ask for both the table structure and the offer list in one prompt.
