The Scenario
You're the RevOps lead at an agency and you've just taken over the monthly account health report. The previous person built a master Excel workbook that was supposed to show every Snapchat campaign's status, budget, and flight dates across all six brand clients. You open it and find it was last updated in February. It's May. Three of the campaigns in the workbook ended in March. Two others launched in April and aren't in the workbook at all.
You need to refresh the entire thing before the client call on Wednesday.
The bad version:
- Log into client 1's Ads Manager. Navigate to Campaigns. Note that the export doesn't include all the columns you need, so you copy manually: campaign name, status, daily budget, start date, end date.
- Paste into the master workbook. Log into client 2. Repeat.
- Six accounts. Some have 15 campaigns. A few are paginated. By the time you finish client 5, the Ads Manager session for client 1 has timed out and you need to verify a number from memory.
A 30-minute health check turns into a 3-hour rebuild every time the workbook goes stale.

You want campaigns that have already ended flagged automatically
