Export All Spoki Campaigns into an Excel Workbook for a Performance Review

The Scenario

You are a digital marketing director. The agency quarterly review is this Thursday. The client wants a report of all 45 Spoki WhatsApp campaigns from the past six months — name, status, scheduled date, and associated contact list — and it needs to be in an Excel workbook shared via OneDrive.

The campaigns are in Spoki. None of this is in a workbook yet.

The bad version:

  • Log into Spoki
  • Open campaigns
  • Scroll through 45 entries
  • Copy each one into Excel by hand: name, status, date, list
  • Fix date formatting because Excel misreads the format
  • Sort by date
  • Realize you missed three campaigns because you lost count
  • Go back
  • Spend two and a half hours on something that should take five minutes. Still have to rebuild it next quarter.

The fast version is one prompt.

The Easy Way: One Prompt in SheetXAI

SheetXAI reads Spoki and writes every campaign into the workbook, sorted and ready.

Open the SheetXAI sidebar and type:

List all Spoki campaigns and write campaign_id, campaign_name, status, and scheduled_datetime into columns A through D of this workbook sorted by scheduled_datetime descending.

SheetXAI calls Spoki's campaigns endpoint and writes all 45 rows. Done before your next meeting.

What You Get

A clean campaign log in the workbook:

  • Column A — campaign ID
  • Column B — campaign name
  • Column C — status
  • Column D — scheduled datetime, sorted newest-first

The value is repeatability. Next quarter, same prompt, new 45 rows. The work does not repeat.

What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready

When you only want campaigns from the last 90 days

List all Spoki campaigns scheduled in the last 90 days and write campaign_name, status, list_id, and scheduled_time into columns A through D sorted by scheduled_time descending.

When the client wants campaigns grouped by status

List all Spoki campaigns and write them into this workbook grouped by status: SENT first, then SCHEDULED, then DRAFT. Within each group, sort by scheduled_datetime descending.

When you need a count of campaigns per list

List all Spoki campaigns and write campaign_name, status, and list_id into columns A through C. In a summary section starting at row 50, count how many campaigns each list_id appears in.

When you need campaigns plus estimated reach per send

List all Spoki campaigns and write campaign_name, status, scheduled_datetime, and list_id into columns A through D. Then for each unique list_id, look up the contact count from Spoki and write it into column E as estimated_reach. Sort by estimated_reach descending.

The pattern: pull the campaigns, add the analysis, all in one prompt.
