When you want to group agents by type in the workbook
The client wants to see all inbound agents together, then outbound, then support.
In Excel, list all Synthflow assistants in the Assistant Inventory tab sorted by agent type, with inbound first, then outbound, then customer support. Write model ID, name, type, and creation date.
When you need to flag agents with no calls in the past 90 days
Some agents may have been provisioned but never used.
In Excel, list all Synthflow assistants and write model ID, name, and type into columns A through C of the Assistant Inventory tab. For each model ID, pull the total call count for the past 90 days and write it into column D. Flag any agent with zero calls in column E as "inactive."
When you need to join the inventory with phone book assignments for a live-transfer audit
The client wants to know which agents are linked to phone book entries.
In Excel, fetch all Synthflow assistants and write model ID and name into columns A and B of the Assistant Inventory tab. For each model ID, check whether the agent appears in Synthflow phone book [PHONE_BOOK_ID] and write "assigned" or "not assigned" into column C. Sort by column C so assigned agents appear first.
The pattern: an assistant inventory is a list read, not a click-through task. One prompt, 25 rows, verified data.
