You are a Synthflow agency with 25 assistants spread across a client account. The quarterly client review is tomorrow at 2 PM. The client wants a document listing every agent, its type, model ID, and the phone number attached to it.
There is no built-in export button in Synthflow for this. And you have never seen all 25 agents in one place.

When you need to join the inventory with call volume data for the same period
The client wants to know not just which agents exist but which ones are actually being used.
List all Synthflow assistants and write model ID, name, type, and phone number into columns A through D. Then for each model ID in column A, pull the total call count for the past 90 days from Synthflow call analytics and write it into column E. Flag any agent with zero calls.
