The Scenario
You're a partner manager. You just wrapped a quarterly review call with 60 active affiliates. You have individualized notes for each one — flagged for a bonus review, warned about traffic quality issues, or just marked for a routine check-in. Every note is captured in column B of an Excel workbook with the corresponding affiliate ID in column A.
Your job now is to get all 60 notes into the right Tapfiliate profiles before account managers start their follow-up cycles on Monday.
The bad version:
- Open Tapfiliate, search for the first affiliate ID, click into their profile, scroll to notes, click Add Note, paste from the workbook, save.
- Switch back to Excel. Row 2. Switch back to Tapfiliate. Search again.
- Lose track of which row you were on during a phone call. Re-check. Resume.
- An hour later: 20 notes added, 40 remaining, and one note accidentally added to the wrong profile because you were looking at the wrong row.
60 affiliates. Each one a search, a profile open, a note entry, and a save. Two hours of work with a non-trivial error rate.
The Easy Way: One Prompt in SheetXAI
SheetXAI is an AI agent that lives inside your Excel workbook. It reads the affiliate IDs and note content from your workbook and writes each note to the corresponding Tapfiliate profile through the built-in integration.
Create Tapfiliate notes for all 60 affiliates in my Excel sheet using column A for the affiliate ID and column B for the note content
What You Get
- A note added to each affiliate's Tapfiliate profile with the exact text from column B.
- Column C populated with the result for every row: "note added," "affiliate not found," or the specific error.
- All 60 notes written in one operation — no switching between windows, no risk of notes landing on the wrong profile.
- Notes timestamped in Tapfiliate at the time of the run.
What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready
Notes should include the tier update decided during the call
Some affiliates had their tier changed during the review. Column C in the workbook has the new tier label.
Add a Tapfiliate note to each affiliate in column A using the note text from column B. Append "Tier updated to: [value from column C]" at the end of each note where column C has a value. Write the result to column D
About 10 rows have no note because those affiliates had no action items
You included all 60 affiliates in the workbook for completeness, but 10 have nothing in column B.
For each row in this workbook where column B has text, add a Tapfiliate note to the affiliate in column A using that text. Skip rows where column B is empty and write "skipped — no note" to column C for those rows
Every note should be prefixed with the review date for the audit trail
Your program convention is to prefix all review notes with the date of the call.
For each row in this workbook, add a Tapfiliate note to the affiliate in column A. Prefix each note with "Q2 Review (2026-05-14): " before the text in column B. Write the result to column C
Complete review documentation in one pass
Process all rows in this workbook where column B has text. Prefix each note with "Q2 Review (2026-05-14): ". If column C has a tier update value, also update the affiliate's tier metadata field in Tapfiliate to match. Add the note to the affiliate in column A. Write "note added," "metadata updated," or specific errors to column D. Summarize note count and metadata update count at the bottom
One prompt handles the note content, the optional metadata update, and the result log together.
Try It
Get the 7-day free trial of SheetXAI and open your review notes workbook — then ask it to push all 60 notes into Tapfiliate in one run. If the review call also produced group reassignments, combine this with bulk assigning affiliate groups.
