All 3,400 commission records are inside Tapfiliate. You have an Excel workbook open and nothing in it.
The bad version:
- Go to Tapfiliate's commissions report, filter by date range, export CSV.
- Open the file in Excel. Affiliate name and affiliate ID are in separate columns but your pivot needs them combined. Status is an internal code, not a readable label. Program names are numeric IDs.
- Build a lookup table to decode the program IDs. Write a second formula to decode the status codes. Discover the date column format doesn't parse as a date in Excel.

What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready
