What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready
Some affiliates have multiple currency balances
Several affiliates run campaigns in EU markets and have both USD and EUR outstanding.
List all Tapfiliate affiliates and their outstanding balances. Write each affiliate as one row in this workbook with separate columns for USD balance and EUR balance. If an affiliate has no EUR balance, write 0 in that column
You need to route non-USD balances to a separate processor
Your payment processor only handles USD. EUR and GBP balances need to go through a manual wire.

You need to flag affiliates with missing payout methods
You can't pay someone who hasn't configured their payout method in Tapfiliate.
List all Tapfiliate affiliates and their outstanding balances. For each affiliate, check whether a payout method is configured and write "payout configured" or "missing payout method" to column F. Include affiliate ID, name, email, and balance in columns A through D
Full payroll prep in one operation
List all Tapfiliate affiliates. Pull their outstanding balance by currency, email, and payout method. Write everyone with a USD balance above $50 to the Payroll worksheet sorted by balance descending. Flag missing payout methods in column F. Write everyone with a zero balance or below threshold to the Excluded worksheet with a reason in column E
