The Scenario
You are the agency ops manager. The client engagement closed last week. There are 40 cards on the project board — names, descriptions, and due dates all intact — and they need to move to the Archive board before the workspace audit at end of month. You have an Excel workbook listing the card IDs.
The bad version:
- Open the first card. Click the three-dot menu. Choose 'Move to Board'. Navigate to 'Archive'. Pick the target list. Confirm.
- Trello deposits you on the archive board. Navigate back to the original board. Open the second card. Repeat.
- Forty cards, each requiring five or six clicks and a navigation round-trip. The audit deadline is a real date.
Board migrations that go wrong are hard to undo. Moving 40 cards by hand, one at a time, is 40 opportunities for a slip — wrong list, missed description, wrong board.

You need to verify attachment counts before migrating
For each card ID in column A of this workbook, check whether the card has attachments and write the count into column D. Then move the card to the board ID in cell E1 and the list in column B. Write 'moved' or 'error' into column C.
Export the source board, filter old cards, migrate, and audit in one flow
