Build a Prospect List by Filter Criteria From CompanyEnrich Into a Google Sheet

The Scenario

Three months ago your sales team's sequence targeting "SaaS companies using Salesforce" was built from a list someone assembled manually. It was 200 names, and it took a week. Now the sequence worked and you need 300 more, but the person who built the first list is no longer on the team and took their process documentation with them.

You're a sales rep who needs this list in your Google Sheet before Monday's pipeline meeting.

The bad version:

  • Pull up CompanyEnrich's search interface, enter the technology filter for Salesforce, add the HubSpot filter, scope to the United States, narrow to 100–1,000 employees, and look at what comes back.
  • Export whatever the UI lets you export (often capped), open the CSV, align the columns with your existing sheet, paste the rows, and check for duplicates against accounts already in your CRM.
  • Realize the export was capped at 100 and you need 300, so run three separate exports with slightly different parameters and manually merge them.

Each of those steps has a failure mode and none of them are your actual job.

The Easy Way: One Prompt in SheetXAI

SheetXAI is an AI agent that lives inside your Google Sheet. It reads your data, understands the structure, and through its CompanyEnrich integration it can search by technology, geography, and size and write the results directly into your sheet — in one prompt.

Search CompanyEnrich for US companies that use both Salesforce and HubSpot with 100 to 1,000 employees and write company name, domain, employee count, and state into this Google Sheet.

What You Get

  • One row per matching company, with company name in column A, domain in column B, employee count in column C, and state in column D.
  • Results reflect CompanyEnrich's search index filtered to US companies with both Salesforce and HubSpot detected and employee count in the 100–1,000 range.
  • Up to the number of results you specify in the prompt (e.g., "300 companies").
  • Column headers written in row 1.

What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready

You want to add a column that flags which accounts are already in your CRM

Search CompanyEnrich for US companies using both Salesforce and HubSpot with 100–1,000 employees and write company name, domain, employee count, and state into columns A through D. Then check column A against my "Existing Accounts" tab (which has company names in column A) and write "Existing" in column E for any match, leaving column E blank for new accounts.

You want more specificity in the tech stack filter

Search CompanyEnrich for US SaaS companies using Salesforce, HubSpot, and Intercom, with 200–800 employees, and write company name, domain, employee count, state, and detected tech stack into columns A through E.

You want the results sorted by size

Search CompanyEnrich for US companies using Salesforce with 100–1,000 employees and write company name, domain, employee count, and state into columns A through D. Sort results by employee count descending.

Full kill-chain: search + dedup + score + stage outreach in one shot

Search CompanyEnrich for US companies using both Salesforce and HubSpot with 100–1,000 employees. Write company name into A, domain into B, employee count into C, state into D. Remove any rows where domain already appears in my "CRM Accounts" sheet (column B). In column E, write "Tier 1" for companies over 500 employees in CA, NY, or TX, and "Tier 2" for all others. Copy Tier 1 rows into a new sheet called "Priority Outreach".

One prompt searches, deduplicates against existing data, tiers the results, and stages the outreach-ready segment.
