Bulk Register Leads for a Demio Webinar From a Google Sheet

The Scenario

You're a demand-gen marketer and the product demo webinar is in four days. The "Hot Leads" sheet has 150 contacts — names, emails, company names — pulled from your CRM campaign last week. Every one of them needs to be registered in Demio and sent a unique join link.

The bad version:

  • You open Demio, navigate to the event, find the registration import tool, export your sheet as CSV, and upload it — only to discover the import rejects twelve rows because the email column header doesn't match what Demio expects.
  • You fix the CSV, re-upload, wait for the confirmation, then realize the join links aren't in the export and you need to pull them separately through the participant list API.
  • You copy the join links out of Demio one page at a time, paste them back into your sheet, match them to the right contacts by email, and format the column.

That's several hours of work for a task that will happen again next month, and the month after that. The campaign pipeline doesn't pause while you do data plumbing.

The Easy Way: One Prompt in SheetXAI

SheetXAI is an AI agent that lives inside your Google Sheet. It reads the contact data, calls the Demio registration API for each row, and writes the results back — all from a single prompt you type into the sidebar.

Register everyone in my 'Hot Leads' sheet for Demio event ID 12345 and write their unique join links into column C

What You Get

  • Every contact in the "Hot Leads" sheet gets registered in the Demio event.
  • Column C fills with each person's personalized join link.
  • Any rows where registration fails (duplicate email, invalid format) get flagged in column D with the specific error so you know what to fix.
  • No exports, no reimports, no manual matching.

What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready

Column headers don't match what Demio expects

Register everyone in 'Hot Leads' for Demio event 12345 — the email is in column B labeled "Email Address" and the name is in column A labeled "Full Name". Write join links to column C.

SheetXAI uses the column descriptions you provide, so you don't need to rename anything in the sheet.

Some emails are missing or formatted wrong

Register contacts in 'Hot Leads' for Demio event 12345, skip any row where column B is empty or doesn't contain an @ symbol, write join links to column C, and mark skipped rows in column D with "Invalid Email"

You get the successful registrations with join links, and a clear log of what was skipped and why.

Contacts are split across two tabs

Register all contacts from both my 'Warm Leads' tab and 'Cold Leads' tab for Demio event 12345. Combine them, remove any duplicates by email, and write join links into column C on each tab

SheetXAI reads both tabs, deduplicates by email, registers each unique contact, and writes the results back to the right location on each tab.

Not sure which contacts are actually ready to register

In my 'Hot Leads' sheet, only register contacts where column D says "Qualified" for Demio event 12345. Write their join links to column E and leave unqualified rows blank.

Only the contacts that meet the filter criteria get sent to Demio. The rest of the sheet stays untouched.

The pattern: describe the filtering logic alongside the registration task. SheetXAI handles both in one pass rather than making you prep a separate sheet first.
