The Scenario
You manage the content calendar for a marketing team running twelve active Demio events across different programs and stages. The editorial team uses a Google Sheet to schedule blog posts, email sends, and social content around webinar dates. Someone from editorial pinged you this morning: the calendar is out of date and they're about to schedule content for three sessions that may have already run.
The bad version:
- You log into Demio, open the Events list, and start clicking through each event to find the upcoming session dates.
- The events list doesn't sort cleanly, a few are archived, and some have multiple scheduled sessions — you're not sure which dates are still in the future.
- You copy the event names and dates into a text file, switch to the Google Sheet, paste them in, match the formatting to the existing rows, and ping editorial that the calendar is updated.
Thirty minutes of navigating and copy-pasting for a task that should have taken five.
And next month you'll do it again.
The Easy Way: One Prompt in SheetXAI
SheetXAI is an AI agent that lives inside your Google Sheet. It connects to your Demio account, pulls all upcoming event data, and writes it into the sheet with the column structure you describe — in one prompt from the sidebar.
Pull every upcoming Demio event with its session dates into my 'Content Calendar' sheet, listing event name in column A and session date in column B
What You Get
- A complete list of your upcoming Demio events, one row per session.
- Event name in column A and session date in column B, formatted as dates.
- Only upcoming sessions, not archived or completed ones.
- Ready to use immediately in editorial planning without reformatting.
What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready
You need events sorted by date
List all my upcoming Demio events and session dates in my 'Content Calendar' sheet, with event name in column A and date in column B, sorted by date ascending
The sheet arrives in chronological order, so the editorial team can read it top to bottom without resorting.
Some events have multiple session dates you need listed separately
Pull all upcoming Demio events into 'Content Calendar'. If an event has multiple session dates, create a separate row for each date with the event name repeated in column A and the session date in column B.
Each session date gets its own row, so every content beat is accounted for individually.
You want to add a "Days Until" column for scheduling priority
Pull all upcoming Demio events with session dates into 'Content Calendar' (event name in column A, date in column B). In column C, calculate how many days from today each session is.
You can use the column to sort or filter by urgency without doing the math manually.
Full calendar refresh in one pass
Clear my 'Content Calendar' sheet below row 1, then pull all upcoming Demio events and session dates. Write event name to column A, session date to column B, event type (live or automated) to column C, and days until session to column D. Sort by column B ascending.
The sheet clears the stale data, pulls current Demio events, fills all four columns, and sorts by date in one prompt. Editorial gets an accurate calendar and you get your morning back.
The pattern: describe the refresh, the structure, and the sort in one prompt so you're not doing follow-up cleanup.
Try It
Get the 7-day free trial of SheetXAI and open your content calendar sheet, then ask it to pull all your upcoming Demio events and session dates so editorial always has current dates to plan around. You can also export attendee data from completed sessions in the same workflow.
