What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready
Some company IDs in column A don't exist in ForceManager anymore
Records may have been merged or deleted since the data hygiene sheet was built. Sending an update for a nonexistent ID will fail without warning.
For each row in this sheet, verify the ForceManager company ID in column A exists before updating — write "found" or "not found" to column D, then update only the rows where column D says "found" using the new phone in column B and new address in column C
Phone numbers in column B are inconsistent formats
Some entries have spaces, some have dashes, some have leading country codes. ForceManager may store them inconsistently or reject certain formats.
Clean the phone values in column B — strip all non-digit characters and leading country codes — then update each ForceManager company using the ID in column A, cleaned phone, and the address in column C
The sheet has rows for contacts, not companies, mixed in
The data hygiene export accidentally included a second tab with contact updates. You need to filter to only the company rows.
Look at all rows where column E says "company" and update those ForceManager company records — ID in column A, new phone in column B, new address in column C — skip any row where column E is blank or says anything else
