The Scenario
You are a product manager at a B2B SaaS company. The sales hand-off meeting is Friday at 10 AM. Your head of sales wants a sheet of every user in the "power users" Smart Group — email, company, and last-seen date — so the outbound team can start working the list Monday.
GoSquared shows you the Smart Group in the dashboard. It has 800 members. But your sales team does not work in GoSquared. They work in a CRM that imports from a Google Sheet.
The slow version:
- You open the Smart Group in GoSquared, look for an export option, do not find one that gives you what you need
- You start copying email addresses from the dashboard three at a time
- Forty rows in you realize the company field is not showing in the default view
- You go back into the filter settings, add the company field, start over

The Easy Way: One Prompt in SheetXAI

What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready
Smart Group exports rarely land in exactly the shape your sales team needs.
When some members are missing company
Some GoSquared People profiles have never had a company property set, because those users identified themselves only with an email.
Export all members of the GoSquared Smart Group named 'power users' into this sheet. If a member has no company property, write 'Unknown' in the Company column instead of leaving it blank. Include email, name, company, and last seen.
When you need members filtered further
The Smart Group has 800 people but sales only wants users who have been seen in the last 14 days.
Export members of the GoSquared 'power users' Smart Group who have been seen in the last 14 days. Write email, name, company, and last seen into this sheet. Skip anyone with a last-seen date older than 14 days.
When you need to cross-reference with an existing CRM list
You have a column of emails in the sheet already — your current customers. You want to know which Smart Group members are NOT already in the CRM so sales does not reach out to existing customers.
Export all members of the GoSquared 'power users' Smart Group into column A through D of this sheet (email, name, company, last seen). Then check each email against the existing customer list in column F. Mark anyone already in that list as 'Existing Customer' in column E, and anyone not in the list as 'New Lead'.
When you need multiple Smart Groups merged and deduplicated
Sales wants the 'power users' group and the 'champions' group combined, with duplicates removed.
Export all members of the GoSquared Smart Groups named 'power users' and 'champions' into this sheet. Combine both lists, remove duplicate emails keeping the row with the more recent last-seen date, and add a Source column showing which group each person came from (or 'Both' if they appeared in both). Write email, name, company, last seen, and source.
The pattern: ask for the group, the filter, and the cleanup in one prompt. The sheet is ready by the time you close the sidebar.
