You are a BI consultant. You are auditing a client's Klipfolio account before a platform migration. Your deliverable is a dependency map: which Klips exist, which data sources they reference, and whether each Klip is assigned to any dashboard.

The Easy Way: One Prompt in SheetXAI

When you need to flag Klips created before a specific date
The client wants to identify legacy Klips that might reference deprecated data sources.
List all Klipfolio Klips with ID, name, and creation date in columns A, B, and C. In column D, flag any Klip created before January 1, 2023 as "LEGACY REVIEW." Leave column D blank for newer Klips.
When you need to group Klips by the data source they reference
The dependency map needs to show which data sources are in use and which are not.
List all Klipfolio Klips with ID and name in columns A and B. For each Klip, fetch the data source it references and write the data source name into column C. Then sort the rows by column C so Klips using the same data source are grouped together.
When you need to identify Klips on dashboards with no active viewers
The audit should surface dashboards that nobody uses.
List all Klipfolio Klips with ID, name, and creation date. For each assigned Klip, fetch the dashboard it belongs to and check when the dashboard was last viewed. Write the dashboard name in column D and last viewed date in column E. Flag any dashboard last viewed more than 90 days ago in column F as "LOW USAGE."
When you need the full inventory plus a summary count for the migration vendor report
The vendor's intake form asks for total Klip count, assigned count, and unassigned count.
List all Klipfolio Klips into the 'Klip Inventory' sheet with ID in column A, name in column B, creation date in column C, and assignment status in column D. Then in the 'Summary' sheet, write the total Klip count, count of assigned Klips, and count of unassigned Klips.
The pattern: one prompt produces the complete migration deliverable.
