The Scenario
You manage twelve active NiftyImages widgets across a set of quarterly B2B campaigns. The quarter just closed. Your VP wants a single slide with performance numbers — impressions and clicks for every widget, side by side. You have the sheet open. You have the column headers already in row 1. What you don't have is the data.
The bad version:
- Navigate to NiftyImages, open the first widget, write down the impression count and click count, switch back to the sheet, type them in.
- Repeat for widgets two through twelve, clicking into each one individually, reading the numbers off the screen.
- Realize widget seven's date range defaulted to all-time instead of Q1, go back, change the filter, re-read the numbers, fix the row.
The slide is due in two hours and you've already burned forty minutes on data collection. The part of this job that requires actual thinking — figuring out what the numbers mean, which widgets drove the most qualified clicks, what to do differently next quarter — hasn't started yet.
The Easy Way: One Prompt in SheetXAI
SheetXAI is an AI agent that lives inside your Google Sheet. It reads the sheet and through its built-in NiftyImages integration, it can pull widget stats across your entire account and write them into your columns in one pass. No dashboard navigation, no row-by-row typing.
Pull stats for all my NiftyImages widgets and fill columns A through F with widget name, impressions, clicks, click rate, and date range
What You Get
- Column A: widget name, one row per widget
- Column B: total impressions for the widget
- Column C: total clicks
- Column D: click rate (formatted as percentage)
- Column E–F: start and end dates of the reported range
- If any widget returns incomplete stats, SheetXAI notes it in the row rather than silently skipping
What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready
The column headers in my sheet don't match NiftyImages field names
Pull stats for all my NiftyImages widgets and write the data into this sheet — map widget name to column A, impressions to the "Impressions (Q1)" column, clicks to the "Clicks" column, and click rate to the "CTR" column. Skip any widget with zero impressions.
I only want widgets that belong to a specific campaign
Get NiftyImages stats only for widgets whose names contain "Q1 Campaign" and fill this sheet with name, impressions, clicks, and click rate — one row per widget
I need to combine this data with send counts I already have in column G
Pull NiftyImages widget stats into columns A through E, then in column F calculate clicks divided by the send count already in column G for each matching widget row
Full audit: pull stats, flag underperformers, and note which widgets need creative review
Get stats for all NiftyImages widgets, fill columns A through D with name, impressions, clicks, and CTR, then in column E write "Review" for any widget with a click rate below 2% and "OK" for the rest
The pattern: ask for the data pull and the analysis in the same prompt. The sheet populates and the flags land in the same pass.
