Export All SendFox Campaigns Into a Google Sheet

The Scenario

You've been sending newsletters through SendFox for over a year and have accumulated 30-plus campaigns. A new sponsor wants to know which subject line styles perform best across your sends. Before you can answer, you need the data somewhere you can actually work with it — titles, subject lines, send dates, statuses — all in one place.

Right now, that data lives scattered across the SendFox UI, paginated across multiple screens. There's no single export button that gives you a structured table.

The bad version:

  • Open the SendFox campaigns dashboard, screenshot or manually note the campaign title, subject, send date, and status for each entry across however many pages it takes.
  • Paste everything into a Google Sheet row by row, realizing partway through that you missed three campaigns from last spring because you forgot to scroll back far enough.
  • Try to sort and analyze the resulting table and notice that the date format is inconsistent because you typed some and copied others.

The sponsor needs this by end of day Friday. You have other things to write.

The Easy Way: One Prompt in SheetXAI

SheetXAI is an AI agent that lives inside your Google Sheet. Connect it to SendFox and ask for the campaign list. It handles pagination, pulls every record, and writes the table into the sheet exactly where you need it.

List all SendFox campaigns and write each campaign's title, subject, scheduled date, and status into columns A through D in this Google Sheet — one campaign per row, newest first.

What You Get

  • One row per campaign, columns A through D filled in: title, subject, scheduled date, and status.
  • All campaigns retrieved — including older paginated records — not just the first page the UI shows.
  • A structured table you can immediately sort, filter, or pivot to find patterns in subject line length, send cadence, or status distribution.
  • A reusable prompt you can run again next month to refresh the archive with whatever campaigns have been added since.

What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready

You want to limit the export to campaigns from the past 12 months only

List all SendFox campaigns sent or scheduled after May 2025, and write each campaign's title, subject, scheduled date, and status into columns A through D — one row per campaign.

You also want the campaign ID in the sheet for future lookups

Fetch all SendFox campaigns and write campaign ID, title, subject line, scheduled date, and status into columns A through E — include all pages of results, oldest to newest.

The sheet already has old campaign data and you only want to add new rows

Check the SendFox campaign IDs already listed in column A of the Campaigns sheet. Fetch all SendFox campaigns, skip any whose ID already appears in column A, and append only the new campaigns to the bottom of the existing table.

Full analysis setup in one prompt

List all SendFox campaigns and write campaign ID, title, subject, scheduled date, status, and character count of the subject line into columns A through F — then in column G write "short" for subjects under 50 characters and "long" for subjects 50 or more.

The pattern: ask for the retrieval and the analysis annotation together, so the table arrives ready to use rather than requiring a second manual pass.

Try It

Get the 7-day free trial of SheetXAI and open a blank Google Sheet, then ask it to pull your entire SendFox campaign history into a structured table. Once your archive is built, you might also want to pull your unsubscribe list or inventory your lists to get the full picture of your account.
