Export All Reddit Ads Creatives to a Sheet for a Creative Audit

The Scenario

You are a creative strategist at an agency. You manage five Reddit Ads clients and you need a complete picture of what ads are currently live across all accounts before the quarterly creative review. You have been asked to identify coverage gaps: campaign types without enough creative variations, campaigns with only one active ad.

The review is next Tuesday. It is Friday afternoon.

The bad version:

  • You log into one client's Reddit Ads Manager and navigate to the ads view
  • You set the filter to "Active" and manually read each ad: name, post type, headline, campaign
  • You copy these into a Google Sheet row by row
  • Twenty-five ads in, you switch to client two and repeat
  • By Monday you have three clients done and sixty rows in the sheet, and you are not confident the ad types are accurate because some post types look the same in the UI.

The fast version is one prompt per client.

The Easy Way: One Prompt in SheetXAI

SheetXAI reads your sheet context and pulls the full ad inventory from the Reddit Ads API, so you never manually transcribe ad details from the Ads Manager UI.

Open the SheetXAI sidebar and type:

List all ads in my Reddit Ads account and write ad ID, ad name, post type, headline, and campaign name into columns A through E of this sheet. Include all active and paused ads. Sort by campaign name ascending, then by ad name ascending.

SheetXAI calls the Reddit Ads API, pulls every ad with the fields you specified, and writes the full inventory into the sheet. Sixty ads across five campaigns, one table, one prompt.

What You Get

A complete ad inventory table in the sheet:

  • Column A — ad ID
  • Column B — ad name
  • Column C — post type (image, video, carousel, text)
  • Column D — headline
  • Column E — campaign name

Sorted by campaign and ad name so the coverage gaps by campaign are immediately visible. Three campaigns with only one ad each stand out in the first pass.

Want a summary? Ask SheetXAI to count the number of active ads per campaign or flag campaigns with fewer than two ad variations. It adds those columns in the same prompt.

What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready

Creative audits always require more than a flat list. SheetXAI handles the analysis and the export together.

When you need to count creative variations per campaign for the gap analysis

The flat list is step one. The gap analysis is step two. You can do both in one prompt.

List all ads in my Reddit Ads account and write ad name, post type, headline, and campaign name into columns A through D. Then add a column E that shows the total number of ads in that campaign. Flag any campaign with fewer than 2 active ads by writing "LOW COVERAGE" into column F.

When you need to separate active ads from paused ads

The quarterly review needs an active-only view for the coverage analysis and a paused view for the archive audit.

List all ads in my Reddit Ads account. Write active ads into the Active tab: columns A through E for ad name, post type, headline, campaign name, and status. Write paused ads into the Paused tab with the same columns. Sort both tabs by campaign name ascending.

When the review requires creative details beyond the headline

The creative team wants to see the full ad copy, not just the headline, to evaluate messaging consistency.

List all ads in my Reddit Ads account and write ad name, post type, headline, body text, call-to-action text, and campaign name into columns A through F. Include only active ads. Sort by post type, then by campaign name.

When you need to combine the creative inventory with performance data for a full creative audit

The creative review needs to show not just what ads exist but which ones are actually performing.

List all active ads in my Reddit Ads account and write ad name, post type, headline, and campaign name into columns A through D. Then fetch the last 30 days of performance for each ad and add spend into column E, clicks into column F, and CPC into column G. Sort by spend descending so the highest-spending ads appear first.

The pattern: the creative inventory plus performance data is everything the quarterly review needs, and you get it in one prompt instead of a week of manual logging.
