SheetXAI integrations let you connect external tools (like WordPress, Apify, EXA, DataForSEO, etc.) to your spreadsheet so the chatbot and SAI workflows can use them.

This guide shows the exact UI flow to add an integration to your current sheet.

Step-by-step: Add an integration to your current sheet

Step 1: Open SheetXAI

  • In Google Sheets: Extensions → SheetXAI → Open Chat
  • In Excel:SheetXAI tab → Open SheetXAI

Step 2: Click the + icon next to current sheet

  • In the SheetXAI sidebar, find the section that shows current sheet
  • Click the + icon beside it

Step 3: Click Add integration

  • This opens the integrations picker
  • Select the integration you want (e.g., WordPress, Apify, EXA, DataForSEO, etc.)

Step 4: (If prompted) Configure any required fields

Some integrations need extra info when adding:

  • Apify: you may paste an actor/store URL depending on the workflow
  • WordPress: site URL / app password must be set up first
  • DataForSEO / EXA: usually require API keys in Settings first

Step 5: Start using it

Once added, you can ask the chatbot to use that integration for your request.

Common mistakes

  • Integration not enabled in Settings: Many integrations require API keys or toggles in Settings first.
  • Added to Settings but not to the current sheet: If your workflow requires adding it to the sheet context, use the + icon flow above.
