The Bookmarks feature in SheetXAI allows you to save your frequently used prompts and AI commands for quick access. Bookmarks have been completely redesigned with a fresh, attractive interface that's more reliable and visually appealing, making it easier than ever to reuse your favorite commands.
Platform Availability: Bookmarks work identically in both Google Sheets and Excel versions of SheetXAI.
What Are Bookmarks?
Bookmarks are saved prompts that you can quickly access and reuse without retyping. They're perfect for:

How to Save a Bookmark
Step 1: Create Your Prompt
- Type your prompt in the SheetXAI chat

Step 2: Save as Bookmark
- Click the bookmark button (bookmark icon) in the SheetXAI sidebar
- Your current prompt is saved instantly with one click
- The bookmark is stored and ready to use anytime
Tip: You don't need to execute the command first - you can save any prompt as a bookmark, even before using it.
How to Access Your Bookmarks
Opening the Bookmarks Menu
- Click the bookmarks icon in the SheetXAI sidebar
- A dedicated menu appears showing all your saved bookmarks
- Browse your bookmarks to find the one you need
Using a Bookmark
- Click on any bookmark in the menu
- The prompt loads into the chat input automatically
- Edit if needed or use it as-is
- Send the command to execute it

Viewing Bookmarks
- All bookmarks are displayed in the dedicated menu
- Each bookmark shows the prompt text

Deleting Bookmarks
- Open the bookmarks menu

- Click delete (or the remove option) on that bookmark
- The bookmark is removed with a single click
Note: Deleting a bookmark is permanent, but you can always recreate it if needed.
