Troubleshooting: Integration Settings Problems in SheetXAI

The Problem

A specific integration (WordPress, Apify, EXA, etc.) isn't working in SheetXAI, even though you've configured it.

Common Integration Issues

  • Integration is not enabled
  • API key or credentials are incorrect
  • Integration not added to the current sheet
  • Account requirements not met (minimum balance, subscription, etc.)
  • Integration-specific settings misconfigured

How to Fix Integration Settings

Step 1: Verify Integration is Enabled

  1. Open Settings in SheetXAI
  2. Find the integration you're trying to use
  3. Check that the integration is enabled (look for toggle switches or enable buttons)
  4. Save settings if you made changes

Step 2: Check API Key or Credentials

  1. Verify your API key/credentials are correct for that specific integration
  2. Check for extra spaces in API keys
  3. Confirm the credentials match the integration's requirements
  4. Test the credentials with the integration provider if possible

Step 3: Review Integration Requirements

Some integrations have specific requirements:

  • Minimum account balances (e.g., certain API credits)
  • Active subscriptions or commitments
  • Account verification or setup steps
  • Specific permissions or scopes

Step 4: Add Integration to Your Sheet

Some integrations need to be added to your current sheet:

  1. Look for the "+" icon next to "current sheet" in the SheetXAI interface
  2. Click the "+" icon to see available integrations
  3. Add the integration to your sheet if it's not already added
  4. Test the integration again
