The Problem
You're signing up for SheetXAI for the first time, and the verification code/email never arrives — even after requesting it more than once.
How To Fix It
- Check your spam/junk folder. This is the most common cause.
- Double-check the email address you entered for typos.
- Wait a few minutes, then request the code again. Delivery can occasionally lag.
- Try "Sign in with Google" instead. If you have a Google account, this skips email verification entirely and gets you in immediately.
Still Not Working?
If you've tried the above and still don't have access, email david@sheetxai.com directly with the email address you signed up with, and it'll be verified/sent manually. Response times can take a few hours depending on when you reach out.
